2017 Infiniti Q50 3.0t Sport AWD Gallery

Infiniti's Q50 can't quite decide if it wants to take on the BMW 3 Series or the 5 Series, though that pays dividends to drivers. Falling somewhere in-between in size, the curvy sedan has a 3.0-liter twin-turbo engine and all-wheel drive. While not as powerful as the 400 HP Red Sport version, the 3.0t Sport gets a still-healthy 300 HP and 295 lb-ft. of torque.

Infiniti's somewhat anodyne drive-by-wire steering is, mercifully, an option. Even so, the Q50S feels a little remote at the wheel. Thankfully power is put down to the tarmac well, and it handles eagerly in corners, even if the most ambitious Sport+ mode can leave things a little jittery at times.

Inside, there's space for five and, though headroom is a little tight in the back, legroom is solid. Infiniti's dual-touchscreen infotainment system takes some getting used to, with some of the more obvious features buried in submenus.
