Google In Talks To Acquire YouTube

According to The Wall Street Journal, Google is in talk to acquire YouTube. Google plans to spend $1.6 billion dollars on the acquisition. Google has not been doing very well on the video market with only 11% of market shares as opposed to youTube who pilled in close to 50% of the market shares.
