Final Fantasy Type-0 HD arrives March 17 in US

At the Tokyo Game Show today, Square Enix has introduced Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, which will be released in North America on March 17, 2015, followed a couple days later by a release in Japan and Europe. Excited? We've got screenshots and all the details after the jump.

We first got a look at the game at E3, though release dates weren't provided at the time. Says Square Enix, a downloadable (and playable) demo for Final Fantasy XV will join Type-0 HD, and will include the aforementioned game's opening section elements, giving a wide, though limited, look at the game.

Square Enix has also announced that the game's director Hajime Tabata will now also serve as director for Final Fantasy XV. Under this restructuring, the company says Tetsuya Nomura can concentrate on his work with Kingdom Hearts III and more.

Those who want Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will be shelling out $59.99 USD — both PS4 and Xbox One versions will include the Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae demo. Those who want to play the demo will find a voucher with Type-0 HD.
