FIFA 16 to add female players to the game

FIFA games have been around for many years now and so far they have been the exclusive domain of male teams and players. Women's soccer fans haven't been able to play any of the popular female soccer stars, until now. FIFA 16 will add in female players and the game is expected to launch in September 2015. There will be 12 different women's national teams.

Each of those teams can play against the others in Match Day with support for offline and online tournaments. There are playable female teams from Germany, USA, France, Sweden, England, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Spain, China, Italy, and Mexico.

Reports indicate that graphically, the female players and teams are on par with the male teams in the game. While the men's teams in the game can play against any team from any league in the world, the women's teams can only play against other women's teams.

EA Sports FIFA 16 has all the top women's soccer stars from around the world and odds are integration for women player's in future games will be even greater. It would be interesting if you could play the women's teams against any of the other teams in the game. It's a game after all; there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to play a women vs. men match.
