EA Sports UFC Bruce Lee reveal video dishes minor gameplay

It would appear that the folks at EA Sports have finally gotten the licensing rights to the likeness of the father of mixed martial arts. Bruce Lee will be a playable character in the game EA Sports UFC, bringing the originator of the sport to the sport itself. This release will have Bruce Lee unlocked in two different ways. Your first option includes beating career mode – the second is tossing down cash immediately.

If you're planning on buying EA Sports UFC only when the game has been reviewed and released in full, making certain it's worth your buck, you'll have to beat career mode to get Bruce Lee. This beating of the game will require that you move through the game in Pro Difficulty or higher, this unlocking Bruce Lee for play in Flyweight, Bantamweight, Featherweight, and Lightweight devisions.

Wouldn't want to see this relatively miniature man fighting the biggest beasts, after all.

If you're convinced this game is worth the full price already, you may as well pre-order for access to Bruce Lee on day one. A number of retailers have EA Sports UFC on pre-order now, giving you official "Day-One access to Bruce Lee". Inside the USA, participating retailers include Amazon, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, GameStop, and Target. Inside Canada you'll be choosing between EB Games, Future Shop, Best Buy, and Amazon as well.

As for the rest of the world, the intellectual property of Bruce Lee Enterprises, LLC, will have to wait. Pre-order information for international markets will be coming soon.
