Braven Mira waterproof speaker now available

Remember the Braven Mira speaker we reported on back during CES? It’s now available on the company’s website, giving swimmers, bathers, and those who don’t fear playing in the rain an option for bringing their music with them.

As you’d expect given its waterproof nature, the Braven Mira is a wireless speaker offering Bluetooth connectivity via an integrated and rechargeable Lithium-ion battery. When fully charged, the speaker should provide up to 10 hours of playback time.

As with other recent wireless speakers, the Mira boasts speakerphone capabilities, meaning the inclusion of a noise-cancelling microphones allows one to both hear and respond to calls from a distance. There’s a wired 3.5mm audio jack for those who don’t want to use Bluetooth.

The speaker has buttons around the centered grille and speaker, and features a rounded design svelte enough for portability. As revealed at the time, the speaker is priced at $99.99 USD, and can be had in either silver or black.
