Lexus has announced a new package that is for the 2020 LX 570 SUV called the Sport Package. The new package is offered only on the 3-row LX 570 model and promises to bring new style inside and out on the SUV. Lexus says that the Sport Package enhances the traditional lines of the LX 570.
The exterior of the LX 570 fitted with the Sport Package gets a new sport grille and front fascia, revised lower rear valance, and body-color side mirrors with chrome accents. The interior of the LX 570 when fitted with the Sport Package gains semi-aniline leather-trimmed seats.
The leather interior comes in black, cabernet, or an exclusive moonlight white. A black headliner is included. The Sport Package also includes the Luxury Package. The Luxury Package adds heated and ventilated front and rear seats, four-zone climate control, and LX projector door lamps.
The Luxury Package also adds 21-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels, a Mark Levinson 19-speaker surround sound audio system, heated linear espresso wood steering wheel, a heads up display, and wireless phone charging pad. Power is from the same engine that any LX 570 gets.
That means a 5.7-liter V8 engine making 383 horsepower and 403 lb-ft of torque. The transmission is an 8-speed automatic, and the LX 570 can tow 7,000 pounds. The LX 570 has a body-on-frame structure with a multi-terrain system to enhance driver control; the system has five modes for terrain. The SUV is also packed with safety features that include radar cruise control pre-collision system, and more. The 2020 LX 570 ships in September starting at $86,380 for the two-row version with the three-row starting at $91,380. A 2020 LX 570 with the Sport Package starts at $99,300.
