2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Review
The 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor is a full-size pickup truck that has been factory-modified to tackle extreme off-road terrain. This includes mor than 13-inches of suspension travel, Fox shock absorbers, a locking four-wheel drive system, and several unique driving modes not found on the standard F-150.
The Raptor is also larger, and more powerful than the Ford truck it is based on. The wider platform is intended to add high-speed stability, which is needed due to the 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque produced by the truck's standard 3.5-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 engine. A 10-speed automatic transmission is included with every Raptor.
The F-150 Raptor can be ordered in SuperCab and SuperCrew body styles, each of which boasts four doors. The vehicle can also be loaded with a long list of luxury features and high tech options.
