Rock And Field Game: Racing A Rock, One Key At A Time
When Goat Simulator entered the world, the results were mixed: some lamented its existence, others considered it a fun novelty. There is no shortage of simulator games, but the latest seems to have taken the trend to rock bottom — literally.
The game is, as the name suggests, based on the game Track & Field, and it works much in the same way: hitting buttons really fast in a bid against the clock. Rock and Field is available from VAMflex for PC and Mac (free).
There's not much to the game. Gamers are presented with a flat field of grass and a rock to the left (the picture above), and the option to choose their challenge. Once selected, you simply hit space and begin slamming the Q and P keys as fast as you can.
This trumps the anticipated launch of Rock Simulator 2014, which will arguably be more interesting (we use the word lightly) than Rock and Field, though without the adrenaline-pumping thrills of breaking your keyboard.
