Kickstarter gives successful projects their own homepage

Kickstarter has decided to give its successful projects a little more exposure, or at least increase their creators' abilities to highlight their own products. Such is done using its new "Spotlight" feature, which gives all successfully funded projects a homepage of their own that details the subject's full history, that looks the way the creator wants it to look, and that link to other relevant pages, such as the company's website. This benefits users, as well, who want to explore the various products that have found success on Kickstarter.

The Spotlight is a homepage designed specifically to showcase whatever the product is, including a timeline of its existence on the site and links to, for example, pre-order it or find it elsewhere. Creators are able to customize the page, including putting custom buttons on it, backgrounds, descriptions, and details for the timeline.

This is a good thing for creators that are using their Kickstarter page as their primary way to showcase their product and communicate with their backers, and it is also a more streamlined way for backers and curious viewers to see the product's progression over time in a neat linear way.

Those who want to browse through successful products can check out their Spotlight pages here, while creators (who have successfully raised funds) are able to set up their page in a way that suits their tastes, in whatever fashion that may be.
