iPhone lineup lands at MetroPCS stores across the US

If you're one of the many who have been waiting for the iPhone to arrive at MetroPCS, your time has finally come. The carrier announced today that most of the current iPhone lineup will be launching at stores across the US this weekend, giving customers the chance to buy one in-store or (presumably) online. The iPhones available at MetroPCS include the 6s, 6s Plus, SE, and 5s, with the standard iPhone 6 and 6 Plus notably missing from the list.

At any rate, if you want to get on the iPhone train, get ready to shell out some serious cash, at least for the 6s and 6s Plus. The iPhone 6s starts at $649, while the iPhone 6s Plus starts at $749. It should also be noted that while the 16GB 6s is available in Space Gray, Gold, and Rose Gold, the only 64GB variant available is the Rose Gold one. The same is mostly true for the iPhone 6s Plus, with the 64GB Gold variant replacing Rose Gold as the only option for folks who want more storage. Other than that, there are no Silver or 128GB iPhones to be seen.

Those looking to save a bit of money while still taking home an iPhone may want to consider the iPhone SE or 5s. The 16GB iPhone SE comes in at $349 after an instant $50 rebate, while the iPhone 5s is only available in 16GB varieties for a cool $199 after a $250 rebate. Savvy shoppers can also save a bit more money by porting a number over from a competing carrier, with T-Mobile President and CEO John Legere tweeting that MetroPCS will take another $60 off any phone for anyone porting in.

It seems these iPhones aren't available online at the moment, so if you've been chomping at the bit to get your hands on an iPhone, you'll have to head into a store to pick one up. MetroPCS says iPhones will be available at 5,000 stores dotted around the US, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find a store that has them in stock. Does this mean we'll see the iPhone 7 available at MetroPCS on launch day? We'll have to wait and see.
