Avengers: Age of Ultron second TV spot drops
On May 1, Avengers: Age of Ultron will be hitting theaters, and as that time nears Marvel has been dropping a growing number of clips on YouTube and television. The latter of those two has been its focus lately, and if you haven't managed to catch it yet on TV, Marvel dropped a new TV spot today. This is the second one, and as we've come to expect it includes both content we've already seen and some new snippets, just enough to get viewers a little more excited for the theatrical debut.
This particular TV spot sets its attention on the super heroes themselves rather than the baddies, though we get glimpses of them as well in the process. There's a lot of fighting, a lot of explosions and crumbled concrete, and a pumped-up sound track to go with it all. If you've been following the trailers, you're not likely to find anything about this latest TV spot that is of much interest.
Marvel has been busy pushing out television series' and new movies, and there's no signs of that slowing down. It has particularly big hopes for Age of Ultron, however, and one analyst has posited that this will be the company's first movie to make over $2 billion — something that would make it the third movie in history to do so.
Of course, that's yet to be seen, and it might not pan out. In other Marvel news, the company has been heavily pushing its Daredevil series, which will be premiering on Netflix soon — check out the timeline below to find out more info on it!
