Android PlayStation emulator demo surfaces

I bet there are lots of people out there who have memories of playing games on the first generation PlayStation. At the time the consoles was fantastic and its cool that today we can play games that look better than that original console on our mobile phones.

If you want to do some retro gaming with PlayStation titles on your Android phone a new PlayStation emulator for Android has surfaced in a video demo. The emulator is on the Android Market now with PSX4Droid 1.0 games included.

The app is said to be for high-end Android phones, which likely means you need a fast processor to run the emulator. You can pick up the app for $5.99 and the game play videos with Need for Speed High-Stakes and Crash Bandicoot are offered on the Droid X and the Nexus One. Check out the videos below.
