24-inch LED LCD in the works from Samsung

If you're a person that is very demanding of your monitor and need the highest color quality, you might want to wait for Samsung's newest monitor to be released.

Their latest announcement is of a 24-inch LED backlit LCD panel whose color quality will rival that of some of the best TVs out there. This is perfect for those that work in art and design fields that need to see true-to-life color.

You'll get a full 180-degree viewing angle so that you can see the picture clearly from just about anywhere. With a max resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a contrast ratio of >1000:1 this is probably going to be one of the highest-quality monitors out there. No word yet on pricing or availability.
