Yesterday we heard that the WowWee Cinemin Swivel pico-projector would be landing in the UK come September, together with its UK price.  Now the US version of the posable-pico has gone up for pre-order at Amazon, priced at $327.99.

There’s no estimated release date for the Cinemin Swivel – which also seemingly goes by the less-snappy name of the WowWee 8410 – but we’re assuming it’ll be headed for the same Holiday 2009 availability as its UK counterpart.  That would put it arriving late in Q3 or early Q4 2009, later than its original fall schedule.

As well as a battery apparently good for three hours use, buyers get a 90-degree adjustable hinge for projecting onto walls and ceilings, 480 x 360 resolution video and an integrated speaker.  Contrast ratio for the DLP projector is 1:1000, while it apparently musters a mere 10 lumens brightness, just a tenth of the BenQ Joybee GP1 we reviewed yesterday.
