Apple's Let's Talk iPhone 2011 event: Join us LIVE

Tomorrow Apple has set an event for their newest generation iPhone to be revealed – be it the iPhone 5, the iPhone 4S, or a combination of the two, we've got you covered with not only on-the-spot coverage here in the main news feed, but with a Livecast directly from the event as well. All you'll have to do is head over to http://live.slashgear.com/ at 10AM PT (or get there early!) tomorrow, October 4th, 2011, and get your typing gloves out, because you'll be chatting right along with us. To prepare for this event we've a couple of comprehensive guides for you as well as portals galore so you can be in-tune with what could be, what will be, and what is!

First be sure to head back to the original announcement post for the Let's Talk iPhone event, this one showing off several iOS symbols, the first two showing time and date, the third showing the location of the event, and the last showing that it's time, it's finally time, to get a look at the next generation of iPhone, be what it may. Next you'll want to head to the first of two of our roundups of details: iPhone 5 Details Roundup [Mid-Sept 2011, pre-release] This guide obviously covers what we believe to be the iPhone 5 mostly, but also gets into the idea of the iPhone 4S. Along those lines you'll also want to see your humble narrator's column Why the iPhone 4S will be free. Last chance to jump aboard the free boat!

Then there's a couple of prediction columns by Avi Greengart: Apple Fall 2011: Best Case Scenario and Apple Fall 2011: Worst Case Scenario (for Apple's Competitors). That'll wrap you up, right? Oh no? Better get the greatest guide of all: Apple iPhone 4S/5 Pre-Event Rumor Roundup by Chris Davies.

And remember, we'll be here in the main news feed giving you each announcement as it hits as well as giving you each bit of info LIVE in the SlashGear Live portal. Be there!
