Sony has had one of the most popular driving games on the market for decades with Gran Turismo. The game has a long history of offering realistic driving and racing simulations along with lots of real world cars. One of the coolest features of the game has long been the deep customization available for the vehicles.
The latest iteration of the game called Gran Turismo 6 officially launched Friday. We have known the launch date for the game was going to be December 6 since last summer. GT6 gets some very cool cars, and some of the vehicles in the game only exist in the game, such as the Mercedes AMG Vision Gran Turismo.
GT6 has a huge line up of cars with more than 1200 cars, with 120 making their first appearance in GT6. The lineup of cars for the game runs the gamut from historic racing and streetcars to the latest racecars from some of the most popular racing series around the world. The game also has a large number of realistic racing tracks from around the world.
GT6 has brand new tracks that weren't available in previous versions of the game. There are also tracks that are only in the game. Sony promises regular updates to GT6 with new features, tracks, cars, functions, and other content. GT6 can also be played online against other racers. GT6 is available now for $59.99.
