ZTE Open C Firefox OS smartphone launches via eBay

ZTE has launched its Open C Firefox OS smartphone on eBay, making it available to consumers in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and elsewhere via eBay's Global Buying Hub sites. For those ordering in the US, the handset is priced at $99.

The ZTE Open C runs the latest version of Firefox OS, and according to the eBay listing, the smartphone features an MSM8210 1.2GHz dual-core processor alongside 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage space (there's no mention of a microSD expansion slot).

The display is a 4-inch TFT offering (resolution not stated), and the battery has a 1400mAh capacity. Connectivity includes 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth, and the phone features GPS with AGPS and an accelerometer.
