Withings Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor shares data with your smartphone

Withings has rolled out some interesting health related gadgets at CES 2014. The first of the health gadgets from the company that we talked about was the Withings Aura to help monitor your sleep. Withings also rolled out a slick new wireless blood pressure monitor.

The Withings Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor is a refreshed version of the company's Smart Blood Pressure monitor that wirelessly shares data with your smartphone. The monitor has no hoses that run to the cuff making it very clean and compact.

The wireless device supports iOS devices and Android. The readings from the monitor are displayed on the smartphone via an application. The cuff is pre-curved to make it easy to put on and has the inflator attached to the side of the cuff.

To start the measurement the user clicks start on the app running on the smartphone or tablet. The screen will show the systolic and diastolic pressure and heart rate. The smartphone app also saves the readings making it easy for users to track their blood pressure over time. The Withings Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor will be available soon for $129.95.
