Hardware availability for ExpressCard on the MacBook Pro is slim to none; hence making go-anywhere Internet difficult. The solution is here and available for current and future Verizon subscribers. Gearlog scored Verizon Wireless’ new V640 EVDO ExpressCard. As Sascha described it, he simply installed the drivers from the included CD, and popped in the V640 EVDO ExpressCard, and it instantly integrates with OS X 10.4.7.
