Alright, so I don’t think it can get much better than this without going SSD. Because, this is not an SSD drive, this is a traditional HDD, a 60GB 1.8-inch Toshiba HDD to be precise.

And this thing doesn’t require any external power, that means its powered off USB, so almost no cables to carry, save for a small USB one. And it looks cool and comes in several colors, I thought LaCie was the premier manufacturer of good looking external drives, but I guess not.

Its hard for me to imagine an 8.5mm thick external HDD, that means its thinner than my Helio Fin, 2.5mm thinner to be precise. That’s close to 4 quarters stacked on top of each other, and nothing more, I want one stat! They appear to come with a leather, or pleather pouch to put them in to protect the colored brushed aluminum surfaces, but alas, they are only available in Korea, but they are reasonably priced at around $107.

I personally like the colors and all and they are kinda stylish if I must say myself. I would be able to carry it like a thumb drive.
