We can assume that the Galaxy Tab will cost on the higher end of that range. Later in the day on Monday the pricing for the Samsung Galaxy Tab in Germany surfaced via Amazon. The price of the Tab sans contract was listed at €799 or about $1,030 here in the States.

You'd be forgiven for thinking this was a combination cup-holder and iPod dock, but in actual fact the Sony SRS-V500IP gives speakers a travel-mug style update.  Inside lurks the company's 360-degree "Circle Sound Stage" system, promising to spread the audio from the 16W stereo speakers so that everyone around you can enjoy it, while the "mug" itself can be removed and used with an in-car power adapter, slotting neatly into a cupholder.

Pioneer has unveiled their latest iPod speaker dock, the KODO XW-NAW1, and it's about as close to an wafer-thin after-dinner mint as you can hope from a way to play tracks on your Apple PMP.  83mm thick and designed to be wall-mounted (though it does get a bundled stand, too), the KODO XW-NAW1 has 30W stereo speakers and nifty touch-sensitive buttons.

Logitech S715i iPod speaker dock promises 8hr battery [Video]

Logitech's latest iPod and iPhone speaker dock has been unveiled, and the company reckons you'll see up to eight hours of battery life from it - an hour, in fact, for every speaker squeezed inside.  The Logitech Rechargeable Speaker S715i has a universal dock connector, IR remote control and a 3.5mm aux-in socket, and has a curvy, swoopy chassis that comes with asoft carry-case.
