Welcome to the special Halloween edition of the Evening Wrap-Up! The Halloween edition is pretty much the same as regular Wrap-Ups, the only difference is that I'm dressed as Ginger Spice as I type this. Let's spice up our lives with a recap, shall we? Microsoft is being sued over its Windows 8 live tiles, and Apple has removed delivery dates from iPad Mini LTE pre-orders, leading some to suspect that the company has been forced to delay them. T-Mobile and AT&T have opened up their networks in areas hit hard by Hurricane Sandy, letting customers of both carriers use either network - a respectable move by the two carriers in this time of need. LG Nexus 4 hits O2 UK on November 13

The LG Nexus 4 will land exclusively on O2 in the UK, the carrier has announced, with the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean smartphone set to hit stores on Tuesday, November 13. Launched on Monday - you can check out our hands-on here - the Nexus 4 runs the latest version of Android on a quadcore Snapdragon S4 processor, with a 4.7-inch LCD display and 8-megapixel camera. Kicking things off, we're live at Microsoft Build 2012, bringing you the latest on Windows 8, Surface, and Windows Phone 8. Nexus 4 Wireless Charging Orb revealed

Google has thrown in its lot with wireless charging, equipping the LG Nexus 4 with a companion desktop charging stand called the Wireless Charging Orb. A compact bubble finished in black plastic and rubber, and with a sliced-off docking plate that props the Nexus 4 up at an angle, the new dock will rejuice your Googlephone as well as hold it up for video viewing. What’s new in Android 4.2 Jelly Bean?

It’s time for Google‘s mobile OS to get another boost, with Android 4.1 turning to Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with a new set of features galore. This update is largely improving upon what was revealed with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, effectively making it more of a “full” update than an incremental one – unless of course you consider that and this as increments, of course. This software will be working on the Google Nexus 10 from Samsung and the LG Nexus 4, tablet and smartphone environments alike.

Google LG Nexus 4 official: $299 unlocked from November 13

Google and LG have officially announced the Nexus 4, the latest Android smartphone, running 4.2 Jelly Bean on a quadcore processor. The LG-made smartphone has a 4.7-inch 1280 x 768 True HD IPS+ display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset running at 1.5GHGz paired with 2GB of RAM; Google plans to sell it unlocked for use on GSM/HSPA+ networks worldwide, as well as via T-Mobile USA with a contract. However, there’s no LTE support, which will disappoint many.

We were supposed to get a reveal of the LG Nexus 4 today, but thanks to the threat of Hurricane Sandy, that won't be happening. Fortunately, the delay of Google's Android event leaves more time for leaks, and today we've got a pretty big one to share with you. Sandy stops Google (but new Android news was hardly a mystery)

It would appear that the force of nature named Sandy did not want her good friend Microsoft to be washed out by Android news just one week after the fact, as today’s Google event was cancelled on account of her rapid approach.
