T-Mobile Dash 3G by HTC gets unboxed, first-impressions [Video]

T-Mobile's latest Windows Mobile smartphone, the Dash 3G by HTC, is set to land this week, but over at PhoneMag they've already been playing with the QWERTY candybar.  Vincent has suffered a bout of nostalgia with the new handset, comparing it to the original Dash, but the new Dash 3G keyboard racks up the kudos as "one of the best if not the best" he's used.

Verizon Wireless have announced the HTC Ozone, their counterpart to Sprint's Snap.  The QWERTY-blessed Windows Mobile 6.1 phone has EVDO Rev.A support, VZ Navigator for audible turn-by-turn directions and a 1,500mAh battery.  It's also a global-roaming phone, and comes complete with international power adapters.

T-Mobile have officially announced the Dash 3G, the HTC-made Windows Mobile 6.1 smartphone, with a full QWERTY keyboard and WiFi b/g.  The Dash - which is also known as the HTC Snap - has a 2.4-inch 320 x 240 non-touchscreen display and trackball for navigation.

Sprint HTC Snap spotted: $150 but no WiFi?

In-the-wild photos of Sprint's version of the HTC Snap, according to the leaked roadmap the HTC "Willow", have leaked.  The specifications are believed to be the same as the Snap we've already seen, although the battery is apparently a vast 1,500mAh unit (almost doubling the 800mAh pack in the Snap) and WiFi seems to have been removed.

Screenshots from the HTC Snap, the company's upcoming non-touchscreen Windows Mobile candybar smartphone, have emerged, showing the new Inner Circle feature.  Inner Circle allows messages from key, preset contacts to be filtered out at the touch of a button, allowing mobile users to readily access important information on the relatively small 2.4-inch 320 x 240 display.

HTC Snap announced: QWERTY, HSDPA, WiFi

HTC have announced a new Windows Mobile smartphone at CTIA 2009, the HTC Snap.  Running Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard, the non-touchscreen handset has a full QWERTY keyboard, quadband GSM and dualband HSDPA/WCDMA, with versions planned for both Europe and the US.
