Steve Wozniak selling former house for $4.4 million

Apple may be referred to as the house that Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak built, but it's not the only house that the Woz built, actually. He also designed a modern home in Los Gatos, California in 1986. However, it's been for sale off and on for the past year, but it's back on the market now with a $4.4 million price tag.

The house was first put up for sale in February 2012 at a price of $5 million. After no one dared to nibble at it, the house wash put back up for sale in September 2012 at a reduced $4.5 million. The house still hasn't gotten any offers apparently, so it's back on the market for a third time at an all-time low $4.4 million.

It's said that the house hasn't experienced many owners since Wozniak lived in it, and while it has gone through a recent renovation, the house still retains its overall design for the most part. The house measures in at 7,500 square feet with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The house includes an indoor play area for kids, an outdoor koi pond, and a swimming pool with a waterfall.

The house features modern architecture with large windows and a lot of open space. There's even a stained-glass skylight in the kitchen. The house sits on 1.2 acres of land, which is just over the size of a regulation football field, so there's plenty of room to roam around, but since this is the third time that the house has been up for sale, it seems no one is interested in moving into a piece of Apple history.
