Samsung’s 76, 87, and 89 DLP Line-Ups Get 2007 Update

Shipping now are the new DLP’s, feature set includes 3 HDMI plugs each, 1080p, 3D ready with an upgrade, and 10,000:1 contrast ratios

All three series’ have 50, 56, and 61-inch models. The 87 series adds the CinemaSmooth LED Light Engine. The 89 Series adds Bluetooth headphone capability, I don’t know how much use that’ll get.

The prices start at $1899 for the 50” 76 series model and that series tops out at $2599 for the 61” model. The next series, 87, starts at $2299 and ranges up to $2999. The third and final installment starts at $2499 and tops out the release at $3199.
