Rock Band issues being addressed by Harmonix

So the Rock Band issues that a lot of you have been experiencing are being addressed by Harmonix. Specifically the issue with the strum bar on the guitar.

You can now go to http://support.ea.com/rockband for any problems you are experiencing with any of the Rock Band hardware. Harmonix says they have fixed the issue in subsequent manufacturing runs of the guitar so you shouldn’t have to worry about it if you decided to wait to purchase.

They also said that they are looking into the issue with the GHIII Les Paul guitars and that they don’t have any answers for those looking for stand-alone guitars or drums for the game, but they are looking into all three. They also noted that they do read the forums on their sites and that they are constantly trying to give people the best possible answer/solution for any problems they may be having.
