Palm Dropped the Treo 680 for Cingular and Unlocked Version

This shouldn't come as a surprised to everyone that Palm is due to release the Treo 680 through Cingular. The Cingular version will cost $199.99 available on Friday Nov. 24, 2006. Palm is also making selling unlocked version of the Treo 680 at Palm U.S. retail stores after Dec 1, 2006 for $399.00.

Palm's Treo 680 smartphone is easy to use and packed full of features beyond its stellar phone capability, such as email, web browsing, messaging, multimedia, calendar, contacts and more with a smaller and sleeker design than its Treo predecessors in the United States.
