This shouldn’t come as a surprised to everyone that Palm is due to release the Treo 680 through Cingular. The Cingular version will cost $199.99 available on Friday Nov. 24, 2006. Palm is also making selling unlocked version of the Treo 680 at Palm U.S. retail stores after Dec 1, 2006 for $399.00.
