Olympus’ latest take on the digital voice recorder incorporates an integrated USB connector. It transforms and reveals the USB connecter when you remove a small portion of the bottom of the recorder. This small portion serves no purpose other than to give the player a solid grip and a symmetrical appearance.

It will be released in the Japanese market early in September for 16,000 Yen. It has 512MB integrated memory for recording, not much if you ask me.

The microphone supports stereo XQ/HQ/SP and HQ/SP/LP in mono recording modes. Playback can be in MP3 or WMA formats.
