NVIDIA’s latest addition to the mobile graphics market doesn’t offer up much new in terms of hardware performance its 8000M series brethren. In fact, hardware wise the 9500M GS and 9300M G are exactly the same as the 8600M GT and 8400M GS, respectively.

What they add are some better power saving features, and some other new chipset features. Such features include Nvidia PureVideo HD enging, PowerMizer, and the usual DX10 compatibility that’s been around since the 8000 series came out.
Right now there aren’t any notebooks with these graphics processors in them, which I know of, but they are headed to the Asus X55Sv and a few other notebooks. So, you should be seeing them any time now.
