NTT DoCoMo HT1100 NTT DoCoMo announced two new smartphone featuring Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0 Japanese-edition operating system. The FOMA F1100 and FOMA HT1100 are HSDPA enabled handsets with McAfee security scan for your own protection against the stuff on the Internet.

The HT1100 and F1100 use the standard ten-key input layout. The FOMA HT1100 is the equivalent of the HTC Touch with an add-on physical dial-pad. It will also feature HTC’s stylish and versatile TouchFLO Touch Cube 3-dimentional interface that allows user to access and operate a variety of functions with the slide of a thumb. You can access audiovisual files, such as YouTube Mobile content through Streaming Media software and HTC’s Audio Manager music player. The handset also supports DoCoMo’s WORLD WING international roaming service.


NTT DoCoMo unveils F1100The FOMA F1100 was created with the business user in mind. It features both FOMA and wireless LAN networks for IP telephony, allowing the F1100 to double as a VoIP mobile phone using in-house WLANs equipped for DoCoMo’s PASSAGE DUPLE service or the business mopera IP Centrex service. The handset will also come with a fingerprint authentication feature to protect all your precious data.

DoCoMo plans to begin marketing the handsets during the first quarter of calendar year 2008.
