It’s not all high-end touchscreen here at Nokia World; the company has also delivered an entry-level music phone, the Nokia X3.  With an MRSP of €115 pre-subsidies, the X3 has a slide-out numeric keypad and dedicated hardware media controls flanking the screen.

Video hands-on after the cut

A quadband GSM handset, the X3 lacks 3G connectivity or huge quantities of onboard storage, but does have a microSD slot happy with up to 16GB cards.  We’re also pleased to see a standard 3.5mm headphone socket, Flash Lite 3.0 and a 3.2-megapixel camera.

It’s no N900, obviously, but the keypad is usable and the buttons easily pressed, and we like the big media controls. It’s worth noting that the X3 doesn’t have Comes With Music for its €115 sticker, unlike what some sites have erroneously reported.  For more on the phone, check out the hands-on video below.
