The i-Mate 6150 really is the ultimate in smartphone devices. It runs Windows Mobile 6.0 Pro and has a 520MHz Intel Bulverde CPU inside. It even has an FM radio, and a video out for projectors and other displays for presentations and such.

For connectivity it has a quad-band GSM chip for voice. For data there is Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, infrared and best of all, HSDPA. There is also a 2.8 inch VGA touch-screen. Hit the jump for a YouTube video of what I assume is an i-Mate representative explaining and showing off the device at some tradeshow in Dubai.
It has 256MB of ROM and 128MB or RAM. There is also a microSD card slot for storage expansion. On top of all that there is a 2MP camera with flash and up to 4x digital zoom. There is also a front facing VGA camera for video conferencing.

Not so ultimate :
No GPS ? So n95 is better !
Only 2MP ! So n95 is better !
Did it have a normal USB (mini or Micro) jack or did it need a proprietary cable ?

I am not sure you can put the Nokia N95 in the class of virtually any pocket pc, yet alone a device that has the specs of the Ultimate. The nokia N95 is a smartphone, not a pocketpc. It requires hitting a dial pad to do every function and has a very measley 300mhz processor that is too small for the GPS they run on it, therefore it locks up quite often. I have owned many Nokia phones, but it was before Windows Mobile was released. Sony announced today they will enter the WM market, following the lead of Palm and even Nokia who is incorporating Windows live and messenger. Comparing the Nokia N95 to the Ultimate is like comparing a Nissan Murano to a Infinity FX. They both do the same job, the inifinity just does it MUCH better!
