Duck Hunt inspired Glass Hunt game lands for Google Glass

There has been talk of video games for the Google Glass wearable electronics device for a while. Back in August, we learned that a Google Glass alien shooter game was in the works. A new game has been launched that can be downloaded right now for the Google Glass called Glass Hunt.

The game has old school style graphics and was inspired by Duck Hunt from the old Nintendo days of gaming. The game shows some of the potential as a game platform that Google Glass has. The game launches when the Google Glass wearer says, "OK Glass. Go Hunting."

When the game runs the user will see a cartoon graphics background with little orange pigeons that fly out from points on the screen. The object of the game is to shoot as many of the orange targets as possible before missing five targets.

The player aims the crosshairs at the target by turning their head. The further you progress in the game, the faster the targets will fly. The record is 127 targets before reaching five misses. I can only imagine all the weaving of your head back and forth will look strange to those around you.
