This isn’t your run of the mill digital camera, sure it uses and SD card and takes pictures and video, but it does it all at night. Even better yet, it doesn’t use the intensifier tube tech, so that means you can use it in the day as well.
The shots are primarily black and white, but for true night time shooting without a light source of any kind, you can’t expect much more. You can even connect to a video viewing source for viewing real-time night or day video.
You can take pictures from a distance of the length of a football field without any source of light. This would be great for security, hunters, or any other occasion where you need high visibility in a low light situation. If you want one, they’ll be available in march for $799.
