It has a 2.8-inch touch screen with 65k colors and 240×320 resolution. It also has a 450MHz TI processor to drive the Windows Mobile 6.1 OS that’s running on it.

You also get GPS, WiFi, a 3MP cam with AF, and a second VGA camera for video conferencing. There is 256MB of flash memory, 128MB of SDRAM, and a microSD card slot to expand that storage space.

It connects to your other devices via either USB 2.0 or Bluetooth and you should get about 5 hours of talk time or 200 hours of standby time from the battery. It has quad-band GSM and tri-band WCDMA radios inside and you also get GPRS, EDGE, and 3.6Mbps HSPA for connectivity. It will hit Europe first, but when it does land, you can likely expect a price equivalent to a thousand euros or more.
