WiFi-capable Anova Touch lets you Sous Vide anything from anywhere

Sous Vide cooking is nothing new, but chefs and home cooks the world over are again discovering just how subtly amazing it really is. The long-form cooking process brings your food to perfection more reliably than more traditional methods, but Sous Vide takes longer to get there. If you're in the mood for great food when you get home from work, Sous Vide is probably not where your mind goes, but the new Anova Touch wants to change your thinking and eating habits.

Anova is at the forefront of Sous Vide for the home cook, with their already great Anova Precision Cooker and Anova One Sous Vide devices. Anova Touch takes it a step further by allowing you to control and set your food while you're away.

Via an app, you can schedule your water temperature, cooking time, and even monitor it while you're out and about. Anova Touch is the first WiFi enabled Sous Vide machine ever.

So long as you've prepped your meal ahead of time, the Anova Touch can take over when you assign it to, and you'll be remotely responsible the entire time. For the first time ever, you'll have the ability to Sous Vide food which takes hours without having to be there for any of it!

If you're not sure what you want to make, or how Sous Vide would work for those grass-fed lamb chops you picked up on a whim at the Farmer's Market, the Anova Touch app will have recipes, guides, and other step-by-step info on best practices from top chefs, food writers, and content partners.

Anova says their Touch will come out this Summer, but aren't ready to talk pricing just yet.
