Verizon offers some customers a $200 gift card for iPhone 4 upgrades

The Verizon iPhone was one of the most talked about and anticipated phones that have been unveiled in recent memory. iPhone fans have been calling for the iPhone on Verizon since the original iPhone debuted years ago. Now that the iPhone for Verizon has gone official, I would bet that there are a lot of Verizon customers that used their upgrades recently that are kicking themselves right now.

Verizon has announced a deal for certain users that will make some folks happy. If you are a customer that purchased a new smartphone, feature phone, or certified pre-owned phone from the end of November 2010 to the beginning of January Verizon will give you back some of the green it will cost you to pay full retail for the iPhone 4.

Verizon says that anyone that upgraded between 11-26-2010 and 01-10-2011 are eligible to get $200 back on a Visa gift card. The catch is that you need to buy the iPhone 4 at full retail price to get the $200 back and you have to return your existing phone. The offer is valid for accounts with less than five lines and only on the iPhone 4.
