Titanfall Beta codes: How to get a code and sign up

Gamers have been eagerly awaiting the much-touted and often-teased Titanfall, a sleek offering from Respawn Entertainment. A beta version of the game, Titanfall Beta, has been dangled before gamers' eyes as a sort of limited-time carrot on a stick, something that is both a wonderful way to drum up anticipation and a terrible tease for those wanting to get in. We've got the low-down for you on how to get your hands on one of the Titanfall Beta codes, as well as how to sign up.

Titanfall Beta is limited, something that has spawned a mad-grab to get in ahead of the full launch next month. Users who want into the Beta need to sign up over on the Titanfall website, where they can select either PC or Xbox One platforms and then fill out a registration form. Those selected will get an email from EA with further instructions "no later than 11.59 PST on Feb 17th". An Origin Account is needed for the PC Beta.

UPDATE: This Closed Beta has been made an Open Beta, Xbox One first, PC with Origin second!

Beta codes are also popping up across the Internet, and if you're fast enough to spot one and lay claim to it before another, you'll be golden. The Tim Conway Jr. Show was giving some away earlier today to those who got a correct answer to a radio game, and is now tweeting out a bunch of them steadily on Twitter.

Those who get in will have access to the Angel City and Fracture maps, and are allowed to record/stream and otherwise share their experience. We recently did just that after getting our hands on the Beta, giving it a solid play through. Check out the video above to see some game play, then hit up our full hands-on write up to get the lowdown on what to expect.
