Today OnePlus released a trailer for the OnePlus 8T that pretty much spilled all the beans. This device looks to have a set of four cameras on its back, for example, with a 48MP camera as the main shooter with optical image stabilization and between 14-26mm lenses to choose from. There's a dual-LED flash back there as well, and two clear details for material aesthetics: "high matte glass" and a "high gloss logo."
The Batman, the Robert Pattinson Batman movie most recently had a release date of October 1, 2021. Yesterday, it was announced that DUNE, originally set for December of 2020, would be moved to an October 1, 2021 release date. As such, the movie The Batman will be pushed to March 4, 2022. At the same time, the next MATRIX movie will have a release date of December 22, 2021.
The latest iteration of the Frank Herbert story DUNE will no longer be released in December of 2020. Instead, the release date for DUNE, the newest DUNE, will be approximately a year (minus a few days) from today. That'll be October 1, 2021, when we'll (hopefully) be out of this global pandemic long enough to head in to a movie theater to see the film as it was made to be seen.
Next year, Sony Pictures Entertainment will release a theatrical movie based on the Monster Hunter game franchise from Capcom. We already know quite a bit about the movie, which is being directed by Paul W. S. Anderson with Milla Jovovich in the starring role. A big question about the film has remained, however, and it's an important one: what do the monsters look like? Now we know.
This week Just Dance 2021 revealed their big song list, including a whole bunch of songs you'll recognize - and a few you'll have never heard of before. This game works with the subscription service Just Dance Unlimited, allowing access to over 550 songs at once. This next installment of Just Dance will be released on November 12, 2020, right on time for the long winter.
This afternoon the developers at Cyan revealed a new version of the classic PC game MYST. This game is a "brand new version of Myst, completely re-imagined for modern game systems and - for the first time for any game in the Myst series - including optional VR support!" A new gameplay trailer was released today for the PlayStation 5 game Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. This game will be ready to roll for both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 (complete with an upgrade path from one to the other). Then there's the Ultimate Edition, that'll cost $20 more, that includes a remaster of the last Spider-Man game, too.
It's a wonder that this film wasn't delayed beyond the date to which it's been delayed today. Wonder Woman 1984 is a follow-up film to the June 2017 original Wonder Woman film, part of the DC Extended Universe collection of big-name films. This comic book character-led movie began principal photography back on June 13, 2018, and finished in December of that same year.
