Tonight the decision to stress test Titanfall Beta has been made - codes will not be needed and all players will be able to try the game until the end of the Beta period. At the moment this means users will immediately, if not soon, be able to access Titanfall Beta so that the creators of the game are able to test how much the servers that keep the game active online are able to take.
It would appear that the Titanfall servers bug was a big enough issue over the past 24 hours or so to warrant an extension of the Beta time for users in the long run. In other words - if you were bummed that you'd not be getting as much Titanfall Beta time as possible due to the down-time this weekend, have no fear! The Titanfall Beta has been extended "at least a day".
UPDATE: Respawn Entertainment has decided to make this an OPEN Beta!
This afternoon servers are in short supply for the Titanfall Beta, owing to a bug rather than to a final limitation for the game. According to Respawn Entertainment developer Jon Shiring, Microsoft is both aware of the bug and is working on a fix right this minute. You'll encounter this situation in gameplay when you see the message "no servers found."
UPDATE: With servers back to normal, mostly, Respawn Entertainment decided to make this Closed Beta an Open Beta for everyone starting just one day after launch!

This afternoon it was made clear by the folks behind the release of the Titanfall Beta that they'd be opening up sign-ups for the game's early release (in Beta mode) this evening. Sign-ups for the Titanfall Beta began at 6PM PST on the 11th of Feburary, 2014, and will end on the 14th of February (Valentine's Day), while the chosen ones will be informed before the 17th of the month.
According to both developer Vince Zampella and the official Titanfall Twitter account, there'll be a Beta sign-up page for Titanfall as early as 6PM PST tonight. This news comes not long after a guarantee from the group that they'd be releasing the Beta inside the month - which makes a lot of sense given the fact that they've got one month left before the release of the game.
UPDATE: The developer team at Respawn Entertainment changed this Closed Beta to an OPEN Beta on the 15th of February!
