PNY has been selling NVIDA branded video cards for a long time now. The company started out years ago and has offered a video card with each new GPU that NVIDIA has launched. Generally, the video cards are not the high-end overclocked offerings if they have the PNY name on them. They tend to be stock cards. PNY has announced a new video card that has a really cool feature.
Yesterday marked the official launch of the NVIDIA GTX 570 video card line. The launch means that hoards of cards were landing on the market and for most of them the only thing that separates them from each other is the name stamped on the box and the game and software bundle that the cards ship with. PNY has unveiled its GTX 570 and gamers that are fans of the StarCraft series may like the bundle.
It has been a while since I heard anything out of PNY and the company is back today with a new video card. PNY has added a version of the NVIDIA GTX 465 (PDF) to its line based on the Fermi architecture for gamers to take advantage of. The card has a native mini-HDMI port making it easy to connect to a big screen HDTV.
Pro with industrial-grade graphic intensive designer apps take note, PNY Technologies has released two new highly scalable and performance graphics cards based on Nvidia 2nd-gen FX series unified architecture, offering 4GB and 1.5GB of DDR3 memory with the announcement of Quadro FX 5800 and Quadro FX 4800.
This has to be one of the most random things I've ever seen. But if you think about it, it's really not all that bad of an idea. If you need a flash drive, why not opt for this 2GB one from PNY that comes with Ghostbusters pre-loaded on the device? I am not kidding.
This new flash drive from PNY doesn’t have any special technical features, it packs in your choice of two or four gigabytes of storage and is built in such a way that when closed the USB port is protected. What it does have is a bit of fashionable appeal attached to it due to its design, shape, and color allowing it to be an attractive storage option to all the ladies out there who prefer attractive gadgets.
