Acer has unveiled the latest in its Predator gaming PC range, now taking advantage of Intel's new 2011 Core i5 processors. The Acer Aspire Predator AG3600-U4082 offers an Intel Core i5 2300 CPU along with 8GB of DDR3 memory and NVIDIA GeForce GT 420 graphics, as well as a 1.5TB hard-drive.

Fujitsu has refreshed its notebook range, adding Intel's new 2nd-gen Core 2011 processors to a new line-up of LIFEBOOK models. The new CES 2011 offerings include the 13.3-inch LIFEBOOK T901 convertible tablet PC, a pair of 12.1-inch ultraportables, the LIFEBOOK P701 and P771, and the Blu-ray toting, 3G-equipped LIFEBOOK A531 and AH531.

The Lenovo IdeaPad Y560d, Y470 and Y570 get second-gen Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 processors along with NVIDIA GT 550M 1GB switchable graphics, but it's the optional Lenovo RapidDrive SSD that pairs HDD and SDD storage to achieve sub-10 second boot times.
