T-Mobile Sensation 4G priced on and off-contract

T-Mobile USA has confirmed on- and off-contract pricing for the HTC Sensation 4G, after announcing that the smartphone would be hitting stores by June 15. On-contract, the T-Mobile Sensation 4G will be $199.99 with a new, two-year agreement – including both voice and data plans – after a $50 mail-in rebate.

Meanwhile, SIM-free and off-contract, the Sensation 4G will be $549.99 plus tax. Your money gets you a 4.3-inch qHD display, 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 8-megapixel camera and Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread, complete with HTC Sense 3.0 on top.

We've already put the European version thoroughly through its paces, though that's not to say we aren't curious about how the 4G-branded model handles T-Mobile's HSPA+. Sales of the T-Mobile Sensation 4G kick off in Target from June 12, with broader availability in the few days following.
