T-Mobile promise broad HSPA+ roll-out in 2010 (including Nexus One support)

T-Mobile USA have started 2010 kicking, promising a speedy HSPA+ roll-out over the coming twelve months as it updates its existing HSPA 7.2 data service.  It's finding time for a few quick jabs at American rivals, however, suggesting that "while other carriers talk about 4G plans and the promise of compatible devices, T-Mobile will speed ahead with HSPA+ deployments across the bulk of its 3G footprint this year".  There's also a knowing nod to – we're guessing – the Google Nexus One...

T-Mobile point out that "And the best thing about the HSPA+ upgrade is that it's backward compatible, so that T-Mobile 3G-enabled device being announced this week... it's getting faster in 2010."  The big news for today is the presumed launch of the Google Nexus One – the announcement of which SlashGear will be liveblogging at http://live.slashgear.com – which will be available on T-Mobile USA.
