What Makes A Harley-Davidson CVO Different From Other HD Motorcycles?
By PATRICK PHILLIPS
Harley-Davidson has built its brand on various iconic motorcycles, but the company regularly bolstered its lineup with runs of limited edition bikes bearing the CVO moniker.
CVO, or Custom Vehicle Operations, represents a leg of Harley-Davidson created for the factory custom market. These bikes are dramatically upgraded versions of the standard models.
CVO bikes' limited availability and high-end design elements make them highly coveted. It also ranks them among the rarer Harley-Davidson motorcycles around.
While Harley-Davidson has been making motorcycles for over a century, the company has only produced bikes under the Custom Vehicle Operations wing for 25 years.
The 2024 CVO models offer customization options such as upgraded engines, suspensions, and "Infotainment" packages with Bluetooth connectivity.
