The Bixby Text Call feature allows users to call and transcribe what the other person says. To enable the feature, open the Phone app and hit the three-dot menu.
Select Settings and tap Bixby Text to bring up the screen where you can toggle the feature on or off, set Quick Responses, and browse the “Language and voice” menu.
Samsung has integrated its Expert RAW program into the Galaxy S23’s built-in camera app. It allows users to take photos with more detail and less processing power.
The image clipping tool lets users separate the subject of a photo and the background to remove either of them. Just press and hold on your subject to select it.
Afterward, you’ll be given three options: copy the clipped image to the clipboard, share the image directly via an app, or save the selected part as an image in your gallery.
The Galaxy S23 has two Performance Profiles to prolong the battery’s life located in Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > More Battery Settings.
Here, you’ll find the Performance Profile options: Standard and Light. Another battery-saving feature is Protect Battery, which prevents the device from charging past 85%.
Samsung’s new Pause USB Power Delivery feature redirects incoming power directly to the phone’s CPU, bypassing the battery and enhancing the phone’s performance.
