Seagate FreeAgent drives for Mac get upgrades

Seagate updated their FreeAgent drives today, specifically those for the Mac, giving each new features and improved performance. This comes on the heels of the BlackArmor line upgrade on Monday.

First up is the FreeAgent Go Pro for Mac. This device is a 2.5-inch external drive that sports a FireWire 800 interface and FireWire 400 and USB interface. It will be available later this month in 250GB, 320GB and 500GB models that will cost $130, $150 and $190 each.

Another addition to the line up today is the Go Dock+ which tacks on a USB hub with 3 ports, which is available now for $40. Another item available now is the FreeAgent Desk for Mac with up to 2TB of capacity. It costs $340.
