Samsung Galaxy Tab gets officially teased [Video]

Samsung has kicked off a pre-IFA 2010 teaser campaign for their much-leaked Galaxy Tab Android 2.2 tablet.  The promotion – which currently  consists of the video you can watch after the cut – makes official some of the details we've already heard so far, including the OS version, 7-inch touchscreen and video call functionality, as well as previewing some new abilities.Video after the cut

That includes augmented reality – perhaps through an app like Layar, though we'd hope Samsung would be doing some work on making apps suit the larger-scale display – together with snapshots of Google Maps Navigation and Samsung's own AllShare DLNA app shown running on the slate.

According to previous rumors, the Samsung Galaxy Tab will have a 3.2-megapixel camera and a 1GHz ARM11 CPU.  SlashGear will be at IFA 2010 next week, and you can bet the Galaxy Tab is high on our list of gadgets to check out.
