RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 Mobile heads to iOS devices

There have been a number of games over the years that allow the player to build up cities and other constructs based on whatever they can dream up. Games like SimCity are what most of us think of when it comes to titles that let you decided what things look like in the game. Another game of this sort that has been around for a while is RollerCoaster Tycoon.

That game allows you to build your own theme park complete with rollercoasters, snack bars, and lots of other rides. Word has surfaced that Atari is getting ready to launch the fourth game in the franchise for mobile gamers. the game has been available for Android and iOS gamers in the past.

The game will be called RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 Mobile. The game is being developed for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch gamers by On5. Like other games in the franchise, RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 Mobile will allow the player to build their very own amusement park and make money.

Players will be able to unlock new material as the game progresses and exchange blueprints for coasters with friends. The video shows graphics that look pretty good for a mobile game. It's unclear at this point if the game will be free to play or a paid game. I'd wager it's free to play and has lots of in app purchases.
